Terms

Terms of use

Use the learning materials and examples responsibly and verify them for your own context.

Educational material

Content is educational information, not legal, security, accessibility-certification, or ranking advice. Browser, platform, and standards behavior can change.

Responsible use

Do not use prompts or examples for impersonation, credential theft, deceptive forms, malware, fake endorsements, or mass doorway pages.

Licensing

Copyright remains with the respective owner unless a page or repository license expressly says otherwise. Publication permits reading and educational reference; it does not imply an additional redistribution or commercial-use license.

One-time digital packs

A pack purchase is a one-time payment for the described downloadable files; it is not an account or subscription. The license included in the archive permits the purchaser to adapt the files for personal and commercial website projects, including client work, but not to resell, republish, or redistribute the pack itself as a competing template or download product.

The complete bundle contains the same current three packs sold separately. An optional Checkout add-on, when shown and accepted, adds the named pack to the same purchase. Stripe presents every selected line item, the total charged, and applicable tax before payment. A private confirmation route makes one ZIP containing the paid pack archives available immediately after successful payment.

Compatibility is limited to ordinary software that can open ZIP, HTML, CSS, Markdown, or CSV files as identified in the product description; the packs contain no digital-rights-management restriction. A purchase covers the files described and delivered at the time of payment and does not promise lifetime updates or a future version.

Immediate supply and cancellation rights

By accepting these terms in Checkout, you expressly request that LearnHTML.net make the digital content available before any otherwise applicable cancellation period ends. You acknowledge that, where local law permits, the right to cancel or withdraw is lost once supply begins, for example when you activate the download link. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Refunds and defective files

Before downloading, contact LearnHTML.net promptly if you purchased the wrong pack or need to cancel. After download begins, a change-of-mind refund may be unavailable where you validly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on cancellation rights. If an archive is corrupt, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails a statutory guarantee, contact LearnHTML.net so it can be replaced, repaired, or refunded as applicable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Purchase support

Keep the Stripe confirmation URL. LearnHTML.net does not currently provide accounts or an emailed download library, and re-download depends on the Checkout Session remaining retrievable. For support, use the contact route with the approximate purchase time and the email used in Checkout; never send a card number, security code, or password.
