Complete prompt

Plan and perform an accessibility audit for [TEST_SCOPE].

State the browsers, viewport sizes, tools, assistive technology, date, and
limitations. Run automated checks, then separately test keyboard order and
operation, visible focus, headings and landmarks, accessible names,
instructions and errors, 200% zoom, 320px reflow, contrast, reduced motion,
media alternatives, and representative screen-reader flows.

For each finding provide the affected route and element, relevant WCAG 2.2
criterion, user impact, reproduction, severity rationale, smallest fix, and
retest. Do not claim full conformance from automation or static inspection.

Return unresolved questions and clearly distinguish “not tested” from “passed.”

Verification checklist

Re-test fixed behavior using the original reproduction. Confirm automated results did not replace manual keyboard, zoom, reflow, or assistive-technology checks.
